Here at the Huron County Chamber of Commerce we recognize that business leadership is essential to community growth, but what about business growth? The right strategy can save you countless hours, even years of frustration, energy and money. That’s why we want to bring you the very best information we can find. We call it “Chamber University” and it has four pieces that we’re excited to bring to our members.

Presentations- Key information like policy changes, tax updates, new legislation can greatly impact your business and your clients. In our presentation forum speakers provide you with essential information that can help keep your business safe, significant and growing.

Classroom- There are so many facets to running a business it’s easy to get overburdened by technology, paperwork and time management- just to name a few! That’s why we want to facilitate a place of learning for our members. From mail merge to professional organizing our educators are ready to pass on essential knowledge that can save you time and money.

Interviews- Time flies when you’re buried in paperwork, that’s why we want to bring you our “Live From The Chamber” segments. This is a series of brief, live interviews streamed from Chamber HQ that will give you an inside look at some of our member businesses. Have you ever wondered about the “what, when, and how” of re-branding your business? Or maybe your customer base needs to learn WHY they need your products and services. Tune in to our Facebook page to learn directly from our member businesses!

Articles- Our “listicles” series is an excellent way to showcase your products and services. Perhaps your article could read “3 reasons why you need a backup generator” or “5 tips to make your home buying experience smooth and easy”. This type of soft marketing is very effective because instead of saying “Here’s why you should buy from me” your customers get to learn WHY THEY NEED YOUR PRODUCT!

All Chamber University Educators must fill out a proposal to participate. Click the link below to download the proposal application.
